We understand that things happen so please allow no less then 24 hours notice when rescheduling. All no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of desired service price. Our grace period is 10 minutes, please note that your appointment may be forfeited by the owners discretion and charged the full cancellation fee if you run over your grace period. Repeated lateness and no shows are subject to be banned.
